This new build project is based in East London Ilford, and it consists of 10 individual flats. This development is constructed, for the local council, using timber frame SIPs and external brickwork/cavity insulation. Our company was contracted for all the 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works as well as the timber-framed window installation.

1st fix carpentry

  • Construction of flat roofs – ply works/timber parapet/box gutters
  • Forming security doors/windows in external openings (OSB/timber work)
  • Installation of staircases and counter-levering half landings
  • Installation of external windows/balcony doors/window seals
  • Installation of internal screed board
  • Installation of Window boards
  • Forming falls to balcony’s – furring’s/ply/timber decking & pedestals

2nd fix carpentry

  • Internal FD30 door sets (including ironmongery)
  • Skirting and architrave
  • Kitchen installation
  • Flooring
  • Final finishes (Mirrors, bathroom accessories, door stops etc)
