1st fix carpentry

  • Construction of main flat roof – Posi joists/Furring’s/Ply/Box gutters
  • Construction of 10 degree low-pitch roof. Box gutters/rafters/insulation/ply
  • Joisting to main stairwell roof and AOV access
  • External timber frame cladding/plywork
  • Installation of window boards
  • Forming falls to balconies – cement board decking & pedestals

2nd fix carpentry

  • Internal FD30 door sets (including ironmongery)
  • Skirting and architrave
  • Kitchen installation
  • Flooring
  • Final finishes (Mirrors, bathroom accessories, door stops etc)
