Bliss Crescent

Bliss Crescent is a residential project, based in Greenwich for the local council. This project consists of 8 individual flats – where 3 of these flats, located on the ground floor, are designed for disabled access.

We were contracted to complete all the 1^st and 2^nd fix carpentry for this project; including all the external timberwork, decking and fencing.

1st fix carpentry

• Construction of flat roofs – joists/ply/box gutters
• Vanity frameworks for WCs and bathrooms
• Joisting to external decking area
• Installation of staircases
• Installation of window boards
• External timber posts and fence panels

2nd fix carpentry

• Internal FD30 door sets (including ironmongery)
• Skirting and architrave
• Kitchen installation
• Flooring
• Final finishes (Mirrors, towel rail, shower screens, doorstops etc)
